Data and backups
VGField is local-first. Create regular backups from inside the app and store them somewhere you control. If the app is removed before a backup is made, local records may not be recoverable.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. You can review, cancel or restore access using your store account. See the Subscription Terms for details.
Common questions
Can I use VGField without internet?
Core local features are designed to work offline. Store verification, sharing, updates and some device services may require internet access.
Does VGField translate my customer or product names?
No. Your own data remains as entered. Interface labels and supported PDF labels follow the language selected in the app.
Where are my records?
Core records are stored on your device. Use backup and export tools before changing or resetting a phone.
Is VGField accounting software?
VGField helps create and organize business documents and reports. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
