1. The service
VGField is a mobile business-management tool for customers, jobs, inventory, estimates, invoices, receipts, notes and reports. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for information entered into the app, verifying documents before sending them, maintaining appropriate backups and complying with laws that apply to your business.
3. Not accounting, tax or legal advice
VGField helps organize business information but does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for invoice content, tax treatment, permits and regulatory compliance.
4. Local data and backups
Core records are stored on your device. You are responsible for making and protecting backups. We cannot recover data that was never backed up or that was deleted from the device.
5. Subscription
Paid access will be offered through Apple App Store and Google Play. Price, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are shown by the store before purchase and are also summarized in our Subscription Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited, distribute harmful content, infringe others’ rights or use it for unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual property
VGField, its visual identity and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of business data you enter.
8. Availability
We work to keep VGField reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Device limits, operating-system changes and third-party store services may affect availability.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, VGField is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using VGField at any time. If a subscription ends, access may be limited while locally stored records remain available as described in the app and store terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the service changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
